He "says the opposite" because he's being a disingenuous troll. His claims of wanting inclusiveness are belied by the fact that his actual statements are opposed to inclusiveness.

Bullshit. It argued that inclusivity is unimportant, that individuals are subordinate to pseudo-science, and that people should be dehumanized because empathy is not important. It also disrespects science and facts.
