He's incapable of not putting his pretty foot in his pretty mouth. Jon's pretty! Prettier than both of Tormund's daughters and half of Craster's!

Dinklage seems to bring the best out of whomever he's playing against.

I see the importance of Widow's Wail, but Tommen less so.

Such a treat of an episode in all respects. Jon's "Valyrian steel moment" is probably one of my favorite things this show has done so far.

This was my thought too, but someone made the valid point that greyscale doesn't spread like the bloody flux.

My memory's a little rusty, but I'm pretty sure he's clueless about Arya's fate post-Ned beheading, and Sansa's post-Joffrey poisoning.

Not a clue.

Exactly. It was nice to see his cynicism proven wrong for half a second.

Such a great little moment.

True, but it'll be interesting to see who gets burned instead (you know somebody gon' get burned).

Also, y'know, the IRONBORN. Though with the show having already set up Theon/Sansa and Stannis marching on Winterfell without any mention of Asha/Yara, I'm concerned Crow's Eye just won't exist.

Oh I really hope they don't burn Shireen

Def expect a stab from Ollie for his resentment towards bringing in the wildlings. I thought this episode really raised the stakes of Jon's stabbing going down in the season finale.

RIP JORAH.

Do we think greyscale will be replacing the bloody flux in Meereen once Jorah shows up?

No Frey pies, woe is me.

Am I the only one who completely misread last week's camera shift to Myranda as a focus on a group of women who'd be taking the place of the spear wives? (ie we'd still be getting our random Frey deaths at Winterfell and not….Myranda/Sansa jealousy)

I also loved Walda thanking Ramsay for pouring her wine.

Last week's review nailed it, I'm just wondering if they'll now continue to drop boulders like that seeing that they need to give relevance to characters and subplots that they've mostly ignored up until this season.

"Wun Wun seems to enjoy it"
