Rogues are so much better in 5e than prior editions, when they were basically useless.

That would be a great idea, but it would need to be flexible because everyone here has different timezones and scheduling. That and someone would have to volunteer to GM because that takes the most work.

I honestly prefer watching Rollplay, but I admit even that is hit or miss depending on the group and game.
