"Letters From Pegasus" from Stargate Atlantis's first season is the only clip show I have ever enjoyed.

Lydia's Spike Thesis
A crazy intense fan wrote an actual thesis on Spike and posted it. I remember being very amused by it and also frightened by its thoroughness.

I don't like Wicked, or any of Gregory Maguire's other stuff, because he is the only author I have ever read who manages to make the most interesting concepts, themes, and philosophical meanderings — not to mention the sheer amount of sex in that thing — BORING. I mean, it must take talent to suck that much life out

Gregory Poopface Maguire
Wicked is honestly one of the worst books I've ever read. I hope they stay far away from it. The musical is one million bajillion trillion gazillion times better.

Immortal Scully
There was a lot of speculation at the time "Tithonus" aired that what happens to Scully in that episode is a direct answer to "Clyde Bruckman's Final Repose." They never say it out loud, but it's kind of neat to think about.

Names
I do believe that you have prematurely named TWO characters: Glory, of course (the name's not really a spoiler), and Lorne (who at this point is only called "The Host").

Seriously, is this a thing now? Did I miss the memo?

What's going on here?

I have been waiting for this
ALL MORNING.

@LoneAudience I also love both "Arcadia" and "Milagro," so . . .

I will defend "Je Souhaite" until the day I die.

Fauxlivia FTW.

Dude, the scene when Olivia puts batteries in Peter's chest is almost word for word a re-enactment of the scene from Iron Man when Pepper Potts has to replace Tony Stark's reactor. There is no way we weren't supposed to be reminded of it.

I don't think that was so much marketing as it was homage, one among many in this episode.

The Office isn't as good as it used to be because two of its best writers are over being hilarious on Parks and Recreation.

Appelbaum, Rosenberg, & Nemec
do not have a subtle or ironic bone in their bodies, and any moment of subtlety or irony that has ever happened in any of their shows happened completely by accident and was then ruined by literal, rock-dropping on your head conclusions. Why does ABC keep asking these guys to give them

@ El Santo Well, mostly I'm talking out of my ass, so there's that. BUT I think the point I was trying to make is that TNG didn't allow for the messiness of real people (that's not necessarily a criticism), and kids/teenagers are REALLY messy. So Wesley came off as this ridiculous, unreal (oftentimes annoying)

Wesley didn't come off as a teenager because he didn't come off as a person. Real humans, and real human teenagers, are assholes. Even the nice ones.

The Wesley CRUSHers
Wesley was fifteen, no? Not ten? I'm not making this up.
