I've been wondering about her plea to be Dickie's "queen" once he finds the money. Does she have a crush on him? Does she want a peace of that fortune too? Or is she not as happy as she seems with her life in prostitution?

I wish Limehouse's character had been fleshed out more this season. He has the potential to be very interesting, but he hasn't really become three-dimensional for me yet. Hopefully he'll be developed more in season 4 … if he's still around.
It startled me too to hear Theo speak of Quarles so coldly. I'm starting to suspect that Quarles was an unreliable narrator when he described his life with the Tonins.
I've enjoyed some aspects of the season, such as the carbetbagger arc you mentioned, Quarles' descent into addiction and madness, and the glances into his dark side.
It was such a delight to see Rachel in "Measures," after her absence for much of the season. The scene where she puts Hotrod's henchman in his place was priceless.
I think they're getting used to this sort of thing from Quarles.
