I share this opinion. Ebert had his own tastes but he was consistently entertaining, intelligent and engaging as a writer. Heck, even Ebert didn't always agree with his own, often older, reviews. Blade Runner went from "meh, nice visuals" to a Great Movie.

"Neeeext tiiiime!!"

So, "Siskel's Revenge"?

I know. Now the Great "Are Video Games Art?" Debate will never be settled. Ebert gets the last laugh for never playing Shadow of the Colossus and sticking to his argument.

That was his final review. I'm sure he watches better movies during his free time or through his other media outlets (i.e., festivals, etc.).

Two thumbs up for Ebert! This will be a genuine void for me - I've been reading Ebert since the 1990s. Sad, sad, sad news.

You can fulfill your need to be a dummy by visiting the comments section for The Following. Remember: there's a difference between fantasy and nonsense.

You can use double-negatives but it's necessary to interpret/decipher them appropriately. In your case, your negatives ("don't" and "no") can be removed to reveal the substance of your statement ("I still… need… education."). Lucky for anyone still in need of education, there are plenty of adequate ABE courses

@avclub-04d524031f29c89d78cae864bd6f0de7:disqus Why would you ever have to lie about MLoR? Even when I was a youngster and my taste in music was more forgiving, I still lumped this album at the bottom of the heap. I was into guitar solos at the time and there's a couple of good ones on there. However, Learning to Fly

Dammit, I should have scrolled down further before making a reference to Jesse Eisenberg!

They probably couldn't get the rights from Jesse Eisenberg.

Either way, he's hilarious to watch in this clip.

Siskel was the one who pinched Ebert when the cameras were turned off.

As much as you have to take the content with a grain of salt, it is a perfectly assembled film with a TON of very good to great

Has anyone considered that this show is a comedy masquerading as a "suspense/drama"? Seriously, this show is stupid funny.

David Zayas is a solid actor. Not great but he brings an easy going quality to his roles. If anything, I would say he's not trying to act at all.

However, St. Anger is at the bottom for me because the band was clearly trying to recapture their glory days - either in spite of or because of their "therapy" sessions. At least Load/Reload were

A stupid plastic barrel made of polyethylene, no less.

Well, it is supposed to be a gateway to thrash. Mentioning the Big 4 may be obvious but it's also appropriate. However, this article seemed a bit skimpy - they're usually about twice as long. As it is, anyone interested in thrash knows what albums to pick up this weekend.
