Yeah, the younger twins, their bodies stayed small but their heads grew normally. The younger boy dies in the attic but his twin does make out and it becomes a big plot point in the second book.

Just about the kids who survived the attic trying to make their way through life. Which involved more sibling sex, suicides, arsons and beating an elderly woman. I actually read this stuff one summer.
