The most awesome part of this episode is when the Green Lantern corps makes it to Lex's hideout and Dr. Fate is in their way and John Stewart says 'Not even you can stand against the Green Lantern corps.' And Dr. Fate stands aside and they walk by like complete badasses. Also if anyone can answer this for me, I'm not

I remember seeing those when I was a kid and thinking they were neat but I never wanted to read them because they looked like romance novels and I was in my horror phase. The only reason I started reading her stuff was a friend was explaining Flowers in the Attic and she gave me her copies of all them, so it was

Yeah, the younger twins, their bodies stayed small but their heads grew normally. The younger boy dies in the attic but his twin does make out and it becomes a big plot point in the second book.

Oh yeah, that one was actually scary, and for all the fucked up-ness in the Flowers in the Attic series My Sweet Audrina out does them all in one book.

Just about the kids who survived the attic trying to make their way through life. Which involved more sibling sex, suicides, arsons and beating an elderly woman. I actually read this stuff one summer.

I'm excited about this, I hope they take the crazy to 11. Also props to the AV Club for using the old book cover instead of the new one which makes it look like a cute story of teenagers falling in love.

That's what I was thinking too, I was wondering if she even got caught for the murder. I have a hard time believing a black woman could murder a wealthy, white man and end up in minimum security prison.

I felt the same way, and few years later when I went to visit my uncle who was living in Brooklyn my first thought was, "this is just like Ghostwriter!"

That scene made me tear up, it just goes beyond prison and just how fucked up poverty is in general. We want people to be legit, honest, citizens but the jobs that are most available just aren't conductive to that. When she said at least she has a bed now, I was just heartbroken. You wanted her to be out of prison and

I would have never guessed that.

Lenni, had skills!

It thought he was the ghost of a mystery writer. I have no proof to back that up and the internet is not helping one bit.

They just need to have it back to back with Ghostwriter and it will be just like middle school, except now I can have cocktail while I try to figure out where in the world is Carmen Sandiego.

I always thought Max would have made a better girlfriend if for no other reason then we could skip over that 'I don't want my girlfriend to know my secret identity' thing that superhero movies and television shows have.

I think that's what creeped me out, it almost gave off the feeling that he had been flayed.

Speaking of the bright red interior of the the flying Batmobile, I used to hate when ever Terry's suit became damaged and it would be all red lines. That always creeped me out for some reason. I just finished watching Batman Beyond on Netflix, I really appreciated it more on the second viewing than I did watching

You are correct on both counts, loved All My Heros Are Weirdos and Heart of Hearts too.

I know right! I wanted to know if Topher Grace loses his virginity on the beach, but I don't want to be bothered to watch the movie.

I am beyond excited about this, Wilco and MMJ, wow I have to be there. I just recently started listening to Dylan so that's great too.

Hold it, hold it, hold it! Didn't Wyclef say he was the Bob Dylan of hip-hop? Or was he the Bob Dylan of charity scams?
