BEANS?!

Is that a thing people used to say? 'A Japanese'

I thought it was cut till I read this. I'm relieved to see I heard it wrong.

I actually disagree the the Sam B sentiments here. Of the regular cast of correspondents I'd probably have her last. No specific reason though, she just rubs me the wrong way.

sentences. Am I doing it right?

Why does Tobias have ice powers?

He said he met someone famous. Since he was driving the Limo it'd be Mark Cherry

He might have been docked $40 for not turning up. Work has threatened my dad with docking his pay if he didn't work a specific shift and that's in Australia (during a brief Workchoices period), so I imagine such a thing is possible in America under a boss like Burns.

Same!

The Pickle Party. Pickles will prevail

Bob Benson was an 80's guy, the toast of Wall Street. He was having whiskey with Boesky and cookies
with Milken. But then, he was diagnosed with terminal boneitis

He's been playing a character since 2001? I'll buy that he sometimes plays up aspects of his personality when he's in TV (trying to give people what he thinks they find funny about him) but Karl Pilkington is either a real person or the most dedicated character actor ever.

Yeah 'season 2' of the XFM stuff is their peak

I believe it was around the first season of the Office that they met Karl.

And he's a surprisingly good actor even though he's basically playing himself with a wig and glasses.

It's weird going from the Office and Extras to Life's Too Short and Derek. The use of the documentary format is so perfect in the Office and so bad and unjustified internally in LTS and Derek it's hard to believe the same guys made all three (except Merchant in Derek).

Was Mitch being sarcastic at all about Derek? Because that show and that character were really unfunny.

RABIN FOREVER, VANDERWERFF NEVER

We are generally quite comfortable with our racism. It makes me uncomfortable.
