Well, going by Chuck's description of the potential of the case, we're talking about a big federal class action suit with 100s (or 1000s) of clients across multiple states. In that case, the small-time, inexperienced lawyer (Jimmy) getting pushed out in favor of the big, powerful firm (HHM) is pretty realistic.

Well, after watching the replay, the previews for next week include a scene where Chuck is talking to Jimmy and both of them are outside (looks like they're sitting on a park bench or something.)

I don't know why you're saying "poor Chuck." To me, dropping the box wasn't a sign of him having the symptoms again, it was a "Holy fuck, I'm outside and I feel fine!" reaction.

Well, we know that when Fring was starting up, Tio Hector was still relatively young, at least a few decades before he'd be ringing his bell. So I'd have to think by this time, Fring is already well-established as a big time player. Maybe not quite as big as BB-era Gus, but surely Los Pollos Hermanos franchises must

Shady vet dude would be at best an associate of an associate of an associate of Gus Fring. Someone who possibly would be of use to people in Fring's organization, but someone who Fring would never lower himself to know about.

Um…. when Gus Fring needs emergency medical attention without going to a hospital, he builds gigantic temporary medical facilities stocked with doctors. Don't see Gus having much use for "shady veterinarian dude."

They don't want him to "no longer be an HHM partner." If that were the case, he' be due his buyout. They'd more likely say Chuck took the case on as an HHM partner, and screw Jimmy out of it completely.

To be fair, he only really kept it a secret from Chuck. And Chuck was the stereotypical super-busy lawyer with his head in his case files. So it probably wouldn't be too hard to hide it from him.

So Kim is definitely going to screw Jimmy over at some point, yes? When he told her how big of a case it might be, she had a look on her face that made me think she was going to run and tell Harry about it. Didn't happen this week, but I bet they screw him out of this case somehow.

Yeah, I say below I wasn't sure about that. I thought that scene was Deanna giving Sasha some supplies before setting her loose (since I thought that scene took place at the gate).

I don't think the one sentence description fits for all the characters. You can't explain all the decisions, actions, and personality quirks of, say, Rick, Carol, Shane or Darryl, in one sentence. Because those characters have been developed better. It's mainly the side characters that fall into that one-note trap.

Even if the pattern part of it doesn't hold up, I think my last point is true. You obviously can't kill of Rick, Darryl, Glenn, etc.because the audience would revolt. But you need to randomly kill off some people (randomly in this sense meaning "not important to the actual plot of the show," unlike say, the deaths

Part of it is the way they kill the black guys pretty much right after introducing the new one into the group. T-Dawg was living just fine, then they get the prisoner, and T-Dawg dies. Tyreese was around for a little while longer (though mostly in the Governor's group), but once he starts realizing the Governor is

Eh, I don't think anyone really cared that much about Beth. She was useless before getting kidnapped, and then was the focus of a terrible plot that took up way too much time from an otherwise good half-season.

I knew from the moment I saw him that Aiden's sidekick would be a major dick. It's just in his weasely face.

I wasn't sure about the exile part. I watched the previous episode and I thought it looked like the conversation between her and Deanna was at the gates, and that she walked out? I could be wrong though, since I wasn't paying close attention.

Don't worry, I'm sure they'll just have him kill Gabriel or whatever black character they introduce next, instead of Glenn. Can't kill off anyone people actually care about! (Other than Herschel, who, as a senior citizen missing a leg in the zombie apocalypse, wasn't exactly the most shocking loss, even if he didn't

Sasha apparently exiled last week, Noah dead this week. Back down to one black guy…..and even better, a black guy no one would mind seeing dead right about now! Way to go Walking Dead, you're back to your original quota system!

According to IMDB and Wikipedia, he's going to be on that "American Crime" show on ABC that I've been seeing a bunch of commercials for. So maybe he got a better offer and bailed.

Uh, yeah….that's not how it works. Lawyers don't just go "Hey, before I can even tell you what I'm going to do for you, give me $5,000." And if someone did that to you, and you were dumb enough to pay, well…..you deserve to get conned.
