I think that's the joke, which Al never picks up on.

I like how if Al had never born, Peggy would've still given birth to the same children.
She obviously has a lot of Jackson family genes, what with her desire to be a performer and all. And her aunt Janet will be able to give her a lot of makeup and hair tips that will totally apply to her. And are those blue eyes I see in the picture? She's a Jackson, all right.
Kramer casually buzzing up Brody after the guy has threatened Jerry with a gun cracks me up.
His Blow Out character really made me laugh at times, but I'm not sure whether he's meant to be a bit comical. Lithgow's performance is great, but the character seemed like a man-child who'd watched Day of the Jackal a hundred times and wanted to be just like THAT guy.
The image on my computer is blurred out by vertical lines, though I can hear the dialogue. Anyone know how to fix that? Oh, and Canceraids, or something.
I was going to declare my love for the TV version, but I think I was in sixth or seventh grade when I last saw it. I learned the hard way not to rely on my pre-teen tastes when I bought my niece "Cool Runnings" for her 13th birthday.
I've spent the past 8 hours repeating the title, and it just doesn't have any flow to it. So I'll call it "Aunt Marlene," for reasons too complex to go into here.
But that title. Christ.
No, the more I think about it, Robert Hays definitely did die. And now it seems the poor man's Robert Hays has assumed his identity.
This is a shock to me. I thought he had died from cancer. (No canceraids jokes, please.) I remember seeing him on Entertainment Tonight or one of those shows years ago, and he was bald from chemo and in a wheelchair. And then I thought he died. His Wikipedia page doesn't mention cancer. Does this jog anyone's memory?…
His Caligula review is great. He closes with: "This movie," said the lady in front of me at the drinking fountain, "is the worst piece of shit I have ever seen."
Seriously. Look it up. It's from the '70s, so maybe the Sun-Times allowed 'shit' in the paper back then.
I was actually kind of looking forward to being the same age as Homer. I remember watching the first episode, when I was nine, and now in five years I'll be the same age as he was initially. (His age has fluctuated, but at first he was 36.) I was hoping they would update the flashback episodes. The earliest "family…
"You can't be in two bands at once. Tom Petty tried that with the Heartbreakers and the Traveling Wilburys, and it nearly killed him."
It occurred to me yesterday when I heard that "Arrested Development" would be returning to TV that AMC could be a good fit. AMC values critical darlings and tolerates low ratings, and it has never had a full-on life-farce (thanks O'Neal). I don't know if this announcement kills that prospect (two life-farces?!?), but…
It really sounds like he says in his last video that customers should call him and "we'll see what we can't do for you." Is "Let's see what we can't do for you" a common customer relations expression?
Anyway, his farewell is one of the saddest things I've seen. A bunch of pictures of what I guess is his home and yard,…
