Nope, but it's news that they all share one homogenous shitty opinion.

Somebody once told me that hating Pearl Jam was like hating the colour white.
If that is indeed the consensus of the entirety of the UK viewership of the show, which I'm sure it is, given your authority as their self-elected spokesperson, then all I can say is that I'm glad I'm not from there.
The broken window was present on the grave TARDIS that the Doctor is eventually buried in, but that was a future that was ultimately rewritten. I think it was just included to make the point that yes, this is the Doctors future (barring any potential changes)
I think we're getting just enough of Vastra personally, that being said I hope this is the last of these characters we see in this series.
To be fair, anything would have been better than the one he had.
The examination scene with Clara could have been cut. I don't think it really did anything.
The actress who plays River Song is in her 40's isn't she?
I didn't like the original concept video, but I loved the official version.
Another thing not mentioned:
Yeah I think that was a deliberate final put to rest of the catchphrase. It was apparently a codeword the Doctor gave Clara to use when they were in trouble before he regenerated. I don't think any lines in this episode are contenders for a new catchphrase. Although I can see the allusions to 'paradise' and 'going…
Well the Doctor all but says it was his mistake not hers, so it's arguable how much Clara saw the Doctor as a love interest and how much she saw him as a friend.
I liked it, it directly addressed an idea that they were playing with in the shows subtext which was creepy and didn't work. Remember 11's tight skirt comments? *shivers*
Really Alasdair? Cold War was so boring… And I didn't get the thing about Clara staying put at all. Was it highlighting her obedience? That didn't fit with what we saw of her in other episodes e.g opening the door in the TARDIS, piloting it in Hide against the Doctors wishes and so on.
Putting two characters together who are basically the same is a common trap writers fall into, it must always seem like it's a good idea at the time, but it almost always kills any potential for interesting dynamics. That was, I think, the biggest problem with the last half of series 7. I like how they've retooled…
12 suffered amnesia aswell, I think a small amount of amnesia is a pretty established part of the regeneration process. Also there's no evidence to suggest 11 didn't pass out for a while before getting out of the TARDIS and meeting Amy Pond or thereafter. It would explain why he showed up late.
I agree, the show has always been progressive and very of the times. RTD was great at realising this again in the modern era.
RTD had a very shameless agenda in increasing the visibility of non-hetero characters on basic television, but I think he pulled it off better because he had written those characters so much in the past. Moffat on the other hand seems to have only included Vastra and Jenny because he felt obligated to do so or he…
I imagine there's some slash fic somewhere on the internet explaining something about Vastras reptilian tongue and what exactly Jenny is getting out of the relationship.
I like the Paternoster gang. It's good that they've given the show side characters that don't have to be in every episode. I just wish they'd add others.
