Well, he was in Memento.
Well, he was in Memento.
Sweet Sugar Pie, anyone?
I saw August: Osage County during the premiere run at Steppenwolf Theatre in Chicago. It was definitely one of the best theatre experiences of my life. I hope the movie turns out well. With that script and talent attached, it has good chances.
I saw a production of Killer Joe in Chicago which was totally awesome. I'm not surprised by the MPAA reaction, given their history. I think the scene of brutality they're referring to is one in which Matthew M's character forces a woman to fellate a chicken bone. Pretty intense stuff.
DAMNIT!!!!!!!
Anything's possible, if you just imagineer it!!
I also agree. Netflixed that shit expecting it to be fairly good and found it be mostly fuckin' lame and stupid. Ben Affleck's character and Jeremy Renner's character come across as total idiots. Fuck the Town.
Me too! Ah, VHS.
I just became a fan of Jonah Hill.
Dinosaur, Jr. —Green Mind… perhaps?
wait, Sam Cooke is involved?
saw a screening in L.A. on Sunday and I'm glad to see you guys giving it some props. Really powerful film!!

Let off some steam, Bennett!!
Yayyyyy!!!!
i'll never forget the first time i watched Out For Justice and noticed Seagal's character's name in the end credits….GINO FELINO!!! Are you fucking kidding me?!?!
Just saw this via Netflix last night, and I have to say, I'd give it a D+. I disagree with Scott's review a lot, particularly regarding the performance of John C. Reilly (who I usually love). This is one of his worst roles, and one of his worst performances. Ed Helms fares better, and the movie is mildly…
Yeah, I saw an advance screening in Chicago on Monday and it wasn't so great. The little creatures whisper in english and it's sorta unintentionally funny. Amusing. But not very good. Also, Guy Pearce's talents are kinda wasted here as he is relegated to the "i'm the nice dad who doesn't believe in monsters until…
I'm really glad to see Mona Lisa is gonna be on this!! That was my favorite song off his Memory Bank volumes.
