I thought the first 7 episodes of season 7 is probably the best straight run of episodes of the whole series.  It just unfortunately was followed by probably the worst run of episodes of the whole series.

Grandma's Boy was pretty funny, obviously bad and poorly written and directed but it did have lots of jokes and gags that worked.

Seasons 1 and 2 and the Robert Downey Jr. episodes are worth watching the rest is not that good.   But Lucy Liu is amazing on the show, that woman drips sex and is hilarious.
