Maybe you'll get lucky like when I saw him a couple years ago. His opening act didn't show so he just said Fuck It and did two sets. It was cool to see him do stuff he clearly hadn't been prepared to do and watch him stumble a little on a few songs.

I've got my tickets for the kick off show. It's either gonna be awesome or a total utter trainwreck. Either way, totally worth it.

White Party Hard!

I went to see Julian's last solo tour a few years back and was able to score backstage meet and greet passes (free because those are never worth what they charge). The fact that he never showed up for the meet/greet makes me think he might not like spending time with other people in general.

Why does three years feel like far more? Is it because their last album was awful enough for me to forget it?

Yeah, what are musicians supposed to do, create their own music?

The fact that every interview segment just seems like the buildup to a scripted bit shows to me that there's general discomfort with the whole format of the show. And despite obvious attempts to tweak it, it's clear they still haven't landed on what works.

I think there was a Groucho Marx line that whomever started calling it "necking" really didn't understand anatomy.

I thought that tooo, but thought it was pretty obscure to be featured, so I was briefly impressed by the selection.

Could the CGI sequel have been worse than the John Goodman one?

Did he have some evil side career I don't know about?

I only know Captain Nice from its novelization, which was not funny.

I saw Dylan last year and the guys sitting next to us were Germans on work visas. They seemed strangely disappointed and wanted to talk to us about Kraftwerk. If he'd only done standards that night, I don't know that I would noticed the difference.

His name is badass. As just a person, he couldn't possibly live up to it less.

The animated series is really all I remember from Toxic Avenger. Knowing what I later learned as an adult about the original films, it seems an odd source of material to base a children's program and toy empire out of.

If the intro from "Separate Ways" played every time I entered a room, I'd be pretty damn happy.

His last name's Garelli?

"12 years in, he’s been at the job longer than every other current network host combined"

Are you suggesting the new Uncle Buck was left to die in the summer because it's a guaranteed flop?
