Little known fact: everyone in Oakland County speaks with a bad British accent.
I will never trust anyone who thinks "j" is a vowel.
Lady vampires? C'mon, that's not real.
Are they really that different?
Now where can I meet perverts?
I work in an office a block from the river, so I guess I'm technically South Detroit? I always thought of it as more East Detroit and reserved South for the Downriver side.
There is—it's just an industrial district (foul-smelling by the way) with no residential area.
As the commentariat's unofficial voice of Detroit, I wholeheartedly agree. This sonic abortion has become embraced as some kind of regional anthem by people who otherwise would hold an utter contempt for this bland soul-less pseudo-rock cheese. The absolute worst.
I Sometimes Always feel the same way.
If only the Replacements had done it too . . .
Jim Bruer's comedy is awful. Then I saw his band play and realized comedy is actually the second-worst thing he can do. Caving into network pressures to hire him was the worst move Lorne made in the nineties.

It's accurate, but that doesn't make it funny.
I'm hoping they realize their mistake and just stick Hammond back in the role. Taran's impression just seems like a impersonation of his anyway, so what's he point if the real fake-guy is standing fifteen feet away anyway?
It's Top Forty. If you're a heterosexual man above the age of twelve, you're not supposed to get it. Just crank up the real music and feel bad for anyone with preteen children that has to be exposed to it.
Did anyone else think new guy whose name I didn't learn was Jost in the intro? Because those two looked way too similar to be on the same show.
I'll agree with that. I always find his stuff "kind of okay," but I've never been taken by it to any great effect.
We can switch those (I love Social Distortion, but Radiohead is worse than AIDS).
General Public had some good stuff.
