Seriously that Alien-type spoof was horrible.  It  had no point and no payoff at all.  Really really bad.  You know a sketch is bad when the most pleasure to be found in it is in how many exact references to the original movie can be found within it.

While I feel a bit like a heretic admitting it, I like of like this show.  I quite like the dynamic between the two leads.  It can't compare to the UK version but it is simple fun and an enjoyable watch.

I've seen stars explode off Andromeda.  I've seen lots of gratuitous boobs and undead butts in Bon Temps.  I have not seen that redhead naked though I guess she has some clause or something.

The two leads in this show are great.  Nat Faxon is like a less dorky Ed Helms.  Dakota Johnson has delightfully weird line readings. Also, Lucy Punch is hilarious and the little kid is dead-pan great.

I think Billy Burke is doing a fine job as Miles, but I can quite shake this feeling every time I see him that he looks like he would be better suited to a daytime soap opera than as a bad-ass militia leader.  For some reason he just scream soap opera actor to me in a way I can't quite place.
