This show has improved from last season.  They actually killed a little kid and didn't magically bring him back to life via alien magic.  Gotta say I was surprised.  While emotionally it was done in a tensionless way, it was done, so there is that.

Aliens 3 is a good wrap up to the series.  Especially how it brings a resolution to the theme of motherhood that was so prominent in the extended cut of Aliens.  Also they took the edit away from Fincher in the end so he can't really be blamed if it is a little uneven.  And Lord Tywin plays a doctor!

True about the competition between the two.  But Amy also pissed that Dan was supposed to work for the bill without any of it ever being able to come back to Selina.  Having her end up having to cast the tie dividing vote is exactly the opposite.  For a VP there is nothing more High Profile.
