baboon eyes and sauce dripping

You better run, you LIAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAR

fun fact: that scene was based on an actual incident that happened to John K. and his crew while they were acting out story ideas at a restaurant

Ren and Stimpy was awe-inspiring because it was created by a crazy person. It was disturbing and deeply personal in a way that most cartoons aren't.

there's some small touches of PFFR here and there. I won't spoil it though

Trump is british slang for fart. His name is already ridiculous.

Cheap Trick- "Auf Wiedersehen"

It's a good song for kids who wanna publish zines and rage against machines

Harvey Danger weren't anything spectacular but they were pretty good and they deserved more than just one hit. By the way I'm totally sober while typing this

oh man this is another one that got to me. this must have been made specifically to traumatize kids. there's no other explanation.

god, you have no idea how much the video for The Beautiful People freaked me out as a kid. I couldn't listen to that song for YEARS. I remember it was the theme to WWF Smackdown for a while, and when I rented the video game from Blockbuster and THAT FUCKING SONG came on in the intro I just about ran from the room

Middle school home & careers class was pretty weird. we watched Mean Girls (to teach us about peer pressure!) and just about every episode of Degrassi Junior High. Everything about that show was pure unintentional hilarity, especially to a snarky asshole 8th grader like myself.

actually you know what if they reboot doug they should just keep everything the same but change the name of the honker burger to honky burger

This might sound kinda cheesy, and I have mixed feelings about the movie in general but the opening titles to Montage of Heck blew me away. It made me appreciate "Territorial Pissings" a lot more and it felt like I was re-discovering my favorite band again. I sang along through the whole thing.

I don't think I've ever laughed harder than I did when Space Ghost crashed his ship into a ditch on the way to the hospital for no reason

basically every single Pixies song I heard as a teenager had this effect on me

"This is your last chance. Give us the unit now!""Why does everybody wanna see my schlong?"

I'm more fond of the spanish version.

The first Globochem skit from Mr. Show. Especially the commercial for "Techcorp Systems". Something about a commercial that consists entirely of a frustrated looking man swearing at the top of his lungs is absolutely hilarious to me.

Gumball is downright cynical for a kids show. It's produced in London so it's got kind of a british gallows humor edge to it.
