Xander is my least favorite character in the show. It feels like he was sometimes supposed to the be the voice of reason or the straight man (I think Buffy actually explicitly tells Xander he is the voice of reason at some point in the seventh season), but in reality, he was just unnecessarily possessive of Buffy and

I think that is a requirement at every summer camp. I didn't go to camp often as a kid, but the few times I did, I managed (mostly through my own lack of tact and intelligence) to get on the bad side of the camp's version of Drew.

The latter episodes seem to have way more laugh out loud lines. It gets really funny for the final four episodes. Some of the scenes with Michael Cera are just hilarious and the Chris Pine scenes are also funny.

When I was a kid, I actually witnessed a nearly identical situation to that one, in which one kid attempted to claim the skid marks in his trunks were there because their sister stole their trunks and shat in them. I kid you not.

I definitely laughed out loud during the actual movie and found the movie to be a lot funnier than the show is. The gags and jokes definitely were much more rapid fire in the original.

Paul Ruud's douchey facial expressions in the show are the best.

At the same time, Stanley covered Stanford's back for 30 years working to get him back when he was in the other dimension. Stanley has done more for Stanford than really could reasonably be expected. He isn't in the right in his early actions, but Stanley has been there for Stanford for his whole life.

I immediately thought of Bob's Burgers when they had that shot of the shop of the Pines grandparents. Bob's Burgers and Gravity Falls are two of my favorite shows, so I loved that reference.

What kind of sith name is Steve? Steve?!?

It honestly doesn't matter how good he is, usually that criteria. AI was one of the most skilled and talented players of his generation. Doesn't really matter what his TS% was or how many Win Shares he had. He isn't significant or regarded as a great player because of esoteric judgments of his value to his NBA team.

Story of my life right there.

This show has some of the best moments like that. I always crack up when Bob has conversations with inanimate objects, as that is totally something I do when I am alone and am thinking out loud.

"Oh, Helen, me sleep in your room . . .
On the floor, though, right . . .
Not on the floor. In the bed with you . . .
OK. Spooning . . .
Sure, you want to be the big spoon . . .
Wh- Nope, you want me to be the big spoon. Wow, I hadn't thought of that."

Is football in a permanent decline? It still is way more popular than baseball probably ever will be. I Iive in Massachusetts and people care way, way more about the Patriots than the Red Sox. The state doesn't even have good NCAA football and still football is the biggest thing in town. The Red Sox are an iconic

Ironically, "organic" food adhered more to its founding principles when there wasn't any regulations surrounding it. Now the regulation exists so that the label adds value to food and justifies its higher price, while organic food is now produced in the same supply chain and much the same way as non-organic food.

I'm fennel-ly sick of these bad pun threads that pepper the comment section. Clove the book on them already!

Thanks. That actually makes sense. I guess I am desiring some consistency that isn't meant to be there. I'm in the same boat as you, although rooting for Phil to be less miserable and selfish has meant rooting against almost all his plans for the past four episodes. He seems to only show contrition when he

I do worry about that to. It seems that a number of viewers, judging by this comment section, are rooting for him, which I find incomprehensible. These past two episodes, though, I think you could root for him to be less of a jerk and to be less selfish, which was the opposite of rooting for his actions to pay off.

I don't see how she was a dick. She seemed clueless in early episodes, ignoring his asshole antics like she didn't realize he was being an asshole. It would be incredibly unrealistic if she treated him neutrally and ignored Phil's antics.
