I'd forgotten how funny Joey was as the snarky best friend. She loses that edge going into the second season and becomes a pretty different character. Her expression when Dawson runs out to check his hair is amazing.

It's funny how much these DVD-song-replacement things can impact their shows. It really interferes with the nostalgic high you feel. I wonder if the music licensing is why the Buffy sets cost £80 a season when they first came out.
