"The Poseidon Adventure". I was 11 when it came out. I saw it 15 times before its run ended.

Also, it was established that Chevy was shifting gears (heh) at the last possible second, and opened up to hearing pitches from other comers.

I predicted ages ago that the show would end with Sally and Glenn running away to a rundown western movie set in California, meeting a commune of hippies, and accepting their new names- "Tex" and "Squeaky".

"I want to make this clear- unless this works, I'm against it".

Roger said it this ep.

I worked on "Stuart Little 2" several months after 9/11, and one of the tasks I had was to Photoshop the twin towers out of the NY skyline photos that had been taken before the attacks.

I'll always love Philip and Elizabeth as a badass efficient spy team.
"You get the prints, I'll get the car!"

OMG The Last Airbender achieves Plan 9 levels of suck and also Plan 9 levels of awesome in the "let's get drunk and laugh at a bad movie" mold.
All of Night's incompetence is on full display- editing that's a complete mess, shitty production design, ugly cinematography, atrocious acting (everybody slams the kids, but

I've never watched this show but I'm a big fan of these reviews. Yes, Sims has slowly spiraled into madness over the course. Maybe not as spectacularly as Todd did during season 1 of American Horror Story, but that shit is hard to beat.

Somebody said it last week but, no matter your orientation, Christina Hendricks is worth a point on the Kinsey Scale.

When I was a kid in Los Angeles, "Star Wars" played continuously for a year and a half. It was re-released in the summer of 1978, despite the original engagement never actually ending.

Look at you!

I never got the sense that Joan was racist, at least no more than the rest of the characters, who were all blinded by massive privilege that had all the non-white humans melt into the wallpaper and disappear.

What PolarBears said.

Even though I loved the choice of music at the end, I would have experienced something close to ecstasy if they had run the sound of the crashing surf over the end credits, a la "Planet of the Apes".

Gaaaaaaaaaaah!!!!!!! Isn't it possible to put up a placeholder post until the review is ready????

I love Hackman in "Poseidon Adventure". He and Shelley Winters were both hardcore method actors, and their affinity as actors really sold the relationship between their characters in that film. In fact their relationship is the most important one in the story.

"3 Women" or GTFO.

And yet he was totally down for "G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra".

I love ketchup on hot dogs. Mustard is an afterthought, really.
