Christmastime Is Here…

Thoughts from someone who only watched a few of the original episodes (mostly from Season 1):

Loeb just wanted something both more kid-friendly and more like the movie.

I expected spoken word from Lee set to Dethklok. I'll admit that would be kind of awesome.

But how will they make it even more meta than the last movie?

And there are no other flavors?

I kind of wanted to see them do something new, like a twist on Mad Max-style after-the-end stories.

It felt they made the movie mostly to go on a vacation with their favorite celebrities, and to become more "Hollywood" .

Are they only calling it a trilogy because they like the name?

Turns out this was animated by the Hsu and Chan guy. Huh. Don't know if it would be funnier without the visuals.
