Nothing besides being hilarious and a nice nod to folks that it's okay to want to be a different gender than the one you were born?

Y'know, out of all the western films that I expected this episode to homage, I certainly didn't foresee them reusing the climax of "The Three Amigos".

I see your idea and raise you a new duo of companions: Souffle Girl The Human Dalek and Susan The Horse traveling with The Eleventh Doctor through time and space, filling the universe with awesome, snarky comments made in Dalek voice and appropriately timed horse shit!
