Oh, don't get me wrong. It doesn't sound terrible by any means and I'm very interested to see it. I find it incredibly refreshing to have a "post-apocalyptic" series where humanity says "Well, that sucked but let's just rebuild what we lost and move on.".

I got to meet Jewel Staite at a Sci-Fi con once and it really blew my mind how different she was from Kaylee. Quite poised and sophisticated. She seemed really happy when I mentioned that I loved her in her short-lived Fox series that was only available on DVD - you know, Wonderfalls? Terrific show, that Wonderfalls

Wow, great interview. I would have loved to hear more about his work on HIMYM and his bit in "The Avengers", specifically being part of that spoilery scene in the credits. It always blows my mind a bit that he and Alyson Hannigan are happily married.
