I usually welcome the tangents that some reviews go on, based on a thread within the episode, but it seems to me to be inappropriate here.

You "love the show", yet complain that "[e]veryhing is kept exactly the same way"…
The show has kept exactly the same way for five years. ANY change the characters go through is decided on a whim by the creators, not any sort of character development. I'd like for Raj to be gay. A lot of things have suggested it in the…

I hadn't thought about the children. Adoption might be an alternative (depending on the wording in the Robin-narrated episode), though they made it pretty clear in that episode Robin didn't desire to have children.

I love these characters. I wanted to love the series, as well. Shortcomings though it had, it always made up for them in charm, as in a certain kind of magical quality. And loyalty of the viewer was commended by attention to detail from the creators for approximately four years.

Alright then, point taken.

I largely agree, but I don't think that Ellen in the alley was as bad. When she stumbled and they flashed back to the doctor's office, I called bullshit - but subsequently attributing it to her pregnancy and drawing a large circle, calling back to Patty's past was pretty great. Also… if someone had shoved her off the…

An exasperated sigh is pretty descriptive of my emotions towards this episode - and the entire run of Damages. There's certainly some truth in that first paragraph, but it has little to do with the Season and more with recent years. I think a good deal of the, well, damage has been done with the budget cut that has…
