Apparently Psy is co-hosting the MuchMusicVideoAwards this year.  So that's a thing that's happening.

Good call.

@avclub-fc338fa43180570a8ea616e97bb20dfa:disqus ,

First off: Yess!
Second off: I can't believe they got away with using that promotional photo. This show takes innuendo to another level.

I didn't follow this show devoutly, but I really enjoyed it, and probably would have watched it more if it had any sort of a following.  Trouty was awesome, and Galecki's performance has probably coloured my opinion of The Big Bang Theory somewhat negatively.

When I look at the article picture, I always read the caption as "A. Cyberman", as if that particular cyberman's name was "Andrew Cyberman.".

I particularly noticed how awful both looked this episode.  Fillion in particular looked both puffy and dead-eyed at the same time, and sort of seemed to be going through the motions in a few of the episode's more repetitive scenes (anything with Alexis).

I wonder if that nameless ABC executive realizes that Rookie Blue is a Canadian show?  It's definitely not the smartest move on the planet to negatively brand one of your own shows, however true the claim may be.

Wrong thread yo.

Is Dikachu a Democrat?

A geek is someone who has copious experience with a certain type of thing – or – a carnival performer who bites the head off of animals.

What do you mean?  There's the CBC and that's it for crown-owned production.  Everything else is subsidized (including American productions), not actually owned.

Julie Nasrallah is a national treasure.

I'm pretty sure that Betrayal should air before Revenge, otherwise the world makes no sense.

That's interesting background, thanks.  My information about oral history comes entirely from two sources: Academia and a course I took from the people who do the oral histories at Canada's immigration museum.  The role of oral histories in a particular cultural subgenre, such as baseball, isn't something I know much

The Oral History is a vital historical tool that's relevant to every medium, genre, and facet of human existence.  That this is a question that needs asking speaks to the unfair way that the general historical community has marginalized the oral history community.

I'll miss Hader.  Hopefully Stefon gets a sendoff.

I feel bad for that episode.  Acupuncture was an amazing sketch – it should be considered a possible classic skit – but the messy nature of the entire episode has prevented it from getting its props.  It should be viral!

I saw this off-Broadway.  It was highly enjoyable.
