We've been working on the same approach, and I'm glad to hear that it might lead to some progress.  We're also working on encouraging him to say "I'm mad" instead of hitting.

I really liked their 'Brew Free or Die' IPA, but haven't tried any others.  Troegs makes some strong-hopped but not obnoxious beers, but I think they're limited to the mid-atlantic states now.

"Simpson" DVDs were my mother-in-law's go to birthday present for me for a while.  Fortunately, she stopped after season 11.

Also, I've used Cheesy Flix for MST3K dvd's.  They're a fair price/decent quality.  They also won't sell any episodes that are currently available from Shout.

I think they did a good job with this list.  I'd add Sinbad and Trumpy.
