I didn't like this episode, but why does it need to have humor?  The Office has always had those bittersweet B stories that aren't particularly funny.  Think Pam's art show, or when she's thinking about marrying Roy and how she'll never have her childhood dream house and starts crying, or any of a zillion sad little

Oh god.  I'm starting to see a pattern here regarding DS9/Battlestar Galactica writers, half-Asian babies, and cave people.

As opposed to when Indy gets tied to a post and God kills all the bad guys at the end of Raiders?

I suggest the hair goes up on your neck when they open the ark because you saw that when you were a kid.  I don't find it a particularly affecting scene as an adult.

He's got Wil Wheaton syndrome.  He's too ordinary looking and too geeky.  He reminds nerds of themselves, except a much more successful, rich, and famous version of themselves.  It's the same deal with the Michael Cera backlash; nerds hate being reminded of themselves.

I liked the nuked fridge.
