It was fun to watch this under a different lens than Daredevil. I loved the ALIAS comic series of the early 00's, but don't have quite the same emotional attachment to the character that I do with Matt Murdock. Jessica also has a limited history compared with DD, so this was more of a question to me of what they

The establishing shots of Washington DC included the "Y" crossroads that are featured at the very end of the first volume of Y.

Anyone else catch the Y The Last Man easter egg early in the episode?

"Go, go, Sanchez ski-shoes!"

True, but f$%# those chumps. :)

I agree, but he's only one person who works on the show. He's the show-runner, but his opinion is one of many. All texts are open to interpretation, and when there is no more text, then all you've got is ambiguity.

Why? If there is no more Hannibal then his word doesn't mean jack. Nothing's finished until it's on the screen, that's why they have rewrites on scripts and deleted scenes.

I like the idea that Bedelia sawed off her own leg and had it waiting for Hannibal, and is going to be waiting a long time to stab him with that little fork…

Eh, just ignore authorial intent and interpret what you want from what's on the screen.

Just playing himself

What a finish. That's an A+ if I've ever seen one, and my favourite series finale since Six Feet Under.

Yeah, that was a fantastic show too, but I really loved how the pilot for Andy Barker really pinned on one recurring joke, which obviously fell flat. That was ballsy as hell, and while my wife hated it, I was roaring with laughter every single time.

Beat me to it! :)

Fruitopia is still going quite strong in Canada.

You're all amateurs, I was the one guy who watched every aired episode of Andy Barker PI! (Moved to Saturdays and burned off in a hurry, only six episodes produced)

Agreed. I don't know how much more steam Hannibal has left, although lately it's been brilliant. American Gods is a fantastic concept that managed to somehow escape the "cram this huge brilliant novel into a two hour movie!" model that Hollywood has pursued for decades. Fuller is going to rock it!

Hasek. No goalie more dominant in his era since probably the 1920s. Multiple Vezina winner and probably the only deserved goalie Hart winner. His ability to take control of games himself (doing everything but scoring) hit a crescendo with the 1998 Olympics.

As I was reading this article, I had so many good ideas of my own, but then got to "Cotton Eye Joe" and I can't top that. Scour it from the earth!

Got caught up on this episode via iTunes, and I had read a few negative comments about it, but I gotta say that watching it at 6 am when everyone else is sleep and the sun is still rising behind the stormclouds made it a perfect experience. This show may get into the pretentious territory, but it's always with a

Don't get me wrong, I liked them all, but episodes like the one with Blade, or Virtual Systems Analysis, are very hard to rewatch (and by rewatch, I mean for literally the 20-30th time, I've watched the first three seasons a ridiculous amount). I also just cannot get through the entire musical episode, the songs just
