maybe it's because they can confront the heckler, because they're in the room.  Also, maybe they can respect a person who speaks up while in person.  Anybody can right a negative comment on a message board, but can you say it to someone's face and in a crowded room where the comedian can get you back?

I was watching Return to Oz yesterday and realized that it was the last day and thought what the heck I'll try for one more request.  I get all nervous when I have to leave a message so I'm not sure if I did a good job selling the movie, but they NEED to cover that movie.
