This is the best "album" album I've heard in awhile. It's all very cohesive. But more than just having a solid overall tone, the individual songs are incredible.

Yeah, I agree. I think Hank saying he left in a dramatic fashion is more a reference to Mike's story, rather than a tease for another story we don't know about.
Mike is the closest thing to a sympathetic character on this show and he's a cold blooded killer.

This is a problem I keep having with AV Club reviews. They occasionally focus on external things that aren't really about the album/tv show/movie. I had this same problem with the WU LYF review. I guess I'm the dope still reading them, though.
Yeah, I just watched this. I was waiting for the camera to zoom out a little bit. There were about 4 wide shots in the whole movie. If you're gonna have it shot poorly as an aesthetic, that's fine, but it also can't be lit really nice either.
