Goddamn Buckner and Garcia! Didn't they know that those were mushrooms, not rocks!?!?!?!?!

Well, I'm not sure which versions we were discussing either, as Atari made both console and arcade games (although the original arcade Space Invaders wasn't made by Atari).

I probably played it, but it was never that popular.

Maybe the Atari VCS (later known as the 2600) versions weren't all that great, but the arcade versions? I will near no put-downs of those.

I was reading about Vectrex online a couple of weeks ago. I don't think I've ever actually seen one "in the wild". All the kids I knew who had video games had Ataris, I think. Maybe someone had Intellivision.

I was so bad at all those games, but Centipede I could almost play reasonably well.

In a normal scenario, you are right.

@avclub-0592cd603d4801529227f55223d0d612:disqus The string "$0.0003 cents" is simply wrong. It is self-contradictory, as the dollar sign indicates dollars, while the word indicates cents.  Cent is not short for "per cent". It simply means "one hundred" from the Latin "centum". As in, one hundred cents make up one

The article says they investigated over several months. It obviously could not be dismissed out of hand. At that point, it would seem wise to turn it over to the police.
