I think he was only worried about technology that he thought made people stupid. Or at least uses of technology that made people stupid. Go back and read his short story "The Murderer" from 1953. It's linked somewhere in these comments. He was pretty skeptical of the way things were going even then.

This is sounding appropriately Bradburyesque… I watched the transit from the patio of the Denver Museum of Nature and Science as clouds periodically blocked and revealed the view. While I'm not always impressed by humanity, we can sometimes do some pretty cool stuff (like predicting exactly when a little dot will move
