Christopher Lloyd exits the new train, makes heavyhanded speech about how you make your own future, then introduces us to his weird children.

full of absurd plot contrivances, flawed ideas, debunked science, cold war thinking, pseudo-philosophy, and awful ham-fisted caricature acting with a plot twist that's as silly as any Shayamalan mystery box reveal.

1998.

HEY. You poppin my STONES?

I will only defend Identity in saying that it's the one movie with a "we're seeing things from a crazy person's perspective" twist that doesn't entirely invalidate the suspense we've been through in the last 90 minutes.

Waterworld might be a bad example, as the premise is simply difficult to film, period, but I'd rather see remakes/reboots of failed franchises or movies that didn't live up to their potential. It's such a lower bar to reach than redoing Robotcop.

Any time that Black Keys song comes on that goes "da da da da da, da da da da da" (you know the one), it sounds like it's been playing for ten minutes already.

It's almost as dull as "underrated."

It's the Minnie Driver origin story we've all been waiting for.

This season on Homeland: Carrie goes off her meds! In an unexpected twist, we discover she was on other meds! But now she's off those, too!

Homeland? I have no homeland. Hunted, despised, living like an animal! The jungle is my homeland. But I will show the world that I can be its master! I will perfect my own race of people. A race of atomic supermen which will conquer the world! Hah! Hah.

As someone who always gets stuck behind someone taller at concerts, I hate that hair with a burning passion.

Marvel Films? I thought I was working for Carvel Films!

Wubba lubba dub dub!

Order of the Phoenix has too much All-Caps Harry for my taste.

Not there! There!

So he really Cronenberged up his own movie, then?

The scene was excellent; it was the most satisfying finale I've seen in quite some time. Truly, it was great to root for someone for what is on the surface such a nominal victory, but we know is super meaningful to the character. It even gave Morello her own little redemption in letting her give Rosa her time in the

I hear he really crushed it in his Mashable interview.
