I really liked Nates and Lisas relationship in some weird way from a writing perspective. I mean following it was insufferable at times, but they balanced the characters perfectly. I wasn't sure who to hate, Nate or Lisa. You couldn't really blame one of them, yet you couldn't really not blame one of them either.

Of course there was some, but not as much as in a usual Mad Men episode. That kind of drug induced hallucination thing seems to be present in every other Mad Men episode these days and Dons obsession with death has already been established during this season. Crash is arguably one of the best Mad Men episodes ever, where as this felt kind of.. I don't want to say pointless, but still, symbolism and subtextwise, I didn't feel like there was a lot going on under the surface, like there usually is on Mad Men.

I haven't heard anyone say anything bad about DVD, once they actually just watched the show. But I understand it doesn't appeal to the usual AV clubber because it's not about a cool drugdealer or biker gang.

I just recently rewatched the whole series and really looknig forward to these reviews. Bryan Fuller and Tim Minear rarely miss (not true unfortunately when it comes to popularity, but quality, definitely) and who doesn't love Caroline Dhavernas.

I loved first few seasons of HIMYM, I love all three lead actors in this. I wanted to like The Goodwin Games so much… but it just didn't live up to it's potential.

@hornacek:disqus You're probably right. But that's the thing about rooting for Survivor players. It's so subjective. You appreciate some traits and some not as much, creating an unique view of all the competitors. This time my view was clearly edited due to the fact that I loved her on her first season.
