Huh, Nothing Can Stop Us is my second favorite Wyatt album after Rock Bottom. I always give Wyatt some credit for at least trying to be interesting, so Dondestan isn't totally without its merits. But it can be a real slog.

It really is. I'm very sad.

The Beach Boys' post-Pet Sounds work was the first music I really nerded out about as a kid. And it still holds up really well. Their worst-selling album, Friends, is fucking brilliant.
