I thought the long build-up to his suicide was a bit too obvious (DRAMATIC MUSIC) and took a bit of the sting out of it, just in terms of shock factor. But in a way I preferred it to a sudden, unexpected suicide, which would have made it a very special episode and a sign of a tired show. Fuck. That.
