I think he's a talk-first, boast-first guy. But he definitely came at each member of the team in a way that put them off balance and put himself in a power position. Absurd confidence at Richard. Ignoring Erlich. Pumping up Jared.

I laughed the most at this episode. Might not be the 'best' episode, but I thought it was the funniest to date.

I loved that lunch scene. Russ finding a way to spend 800 bucks on a piece of meat, and his instructions on the right way to savor it. Then MIddleditch trying to work the chopsticks.

I loved his 'this is weird' delivery after the second Julia Roberts thing. This episode cracked me up the whole way.

I thought this one was really funny. Russ scratching his car paint, then trying to play it off, then getting pissed, then trying to play it off again… then not being able to get his ridiculous car into gear. That was gold right there.
