Stuff can be two things!
“We have not caved, we have not given in, we have persevered, and we have not backed down. We have always had every desire to have the American public see this movie,” … um, yeah. That's just what you did. Good show.
The thing that strikes me the most, thinking back on Colbert, is the absolute joy he had playing this character, doing this show. He had boundless energy, always a smile playing across his lips. He knew he was funny, he knew he was killing it, and he never rested on that. He just seemed to love doing this, and it…
Oh shit, no Birdman! I call BS. Thats my favorite movie of the year (though I did not see many on this list yet).
Haven't seen much of the list, but it looks good. BUT, I would drop Gone Girl down to about 40th and sneak in either Guardians or Winter Soldier somewhere on the list. It's okay to have one blockbuster on your list, guys. Especially when both were so different and so well made.
this was rough to sit through. And I love animation, elf, and xmas specials.
This was…. odd. Why not just show the classic movie? Or create a sequel type thing for this special? Doing a weird half-retelling of the movie with some hacky broadway numbers was just strange. The whole thing felt lifeless and a little sad. Points for the original character design and some fun animation.
Can Dennah be in a lesbian scene? Or at least get a job, or something to do?
I hated Hustle, like his other work. Never saw Huckabees. He's def. not Lasse Hallstrom.
Keep watching it, it's fun. Enjoy the great chemistry while it is there to enjoy. Tis better to have watched Selfie and lost it…
Good one. My lord, Eliza is attractive - not just physically, but after getting to know the character and watch her grow. I don't think many men would stay on that elevator - especially Henry, who is clearly in love with her, and has been for some time.
Ah, so there IS something I care the least about in history. Good to know.
Good stuff. He's smart enough to be in on the jokes, be self-effacing, and still come off smart and presidential.
… it blew up. Roll credits.
Bitter much?
There is a great coffee table book called SUPERCADE. A history of video games. Starts with Baer. Lots of great photos and info.
Yarrr, TWO glass eyes.
I worked on a shitty Bruce Willis movie, produced by Brain Grazer, called Mercury Rising. Brian Grazer was the perfect definition of a terrible, awful hollywood a-hole. He had a trailer (even though we were on the universal lot), that he never went in. One day, I had to go to bed, bath and beyond to buy 4 full sets…
Do I smell vodka, and wheatgrass?
