I don't believe I've ever heard the term "football purist". Do they get real upset about instant replay and not wanting people to die on the field the way that baseball purists do?

How many years away do you think the M's are in competing in the West? Cano is (obviously) a huge addition, but guys like Seager and Ackley don't seem to be the types that you can build around. I am jazzed up to see Taijuan Walker finally.

Baseball is actually more profitable now than it ever has been. They are doing very well, because they understand that they can't compete on a national level. It's now a "regional sport", and they do it better than anyone else does.

As someone that just recently watched the whole thing in the span on a month, starting from episode one, I can at least say that it is amazing to watch in that fashion and it became my favorite show on TV. I've had no problem with season five or six, and think they are both fantastic (minus a couple of misfires here…
