Storm of the Century is definitely an enjoyable little bit of television. I think the story is actually pretty cool - - - probably better than Rose Red (which I don't hate, either).

While it's not Universal, nor a monster picture, the Paramount gem The Uninvited (1944) (starring Ray Milland and Gail Russel) keeps showing on Turner Classic. It's a pretty great little ghost tale.

My fellow 'Mericans, if you want the new Blu Ray box set, I'd suggest going with the region free UK set. It's like half price and is almost identical (except you actually get a bonus mini poster or something in the UK set).
