"I need some guac…!"
"I need some guac…!"
*Chuckles* Oh, AVC.
"You lost today, kid…..but that doesn't mean you have to like it!"
If they actually could make a movie that worked with the FF, an injoke about the YSG would be fun.
:D Thank you.
Yeah, I think the fundamental difference is that Picard was more of a philosopher and a diplomat. Both were good strategists. I liked the arc where they lose DS9 for a few episodes and keep screwing up Dominion plans from the inside.
There was a scene where Paul (and really cleverly) the audience, gets a peek at her past in the scrapbook and it's just sort of addressed by her saying something like "Oh, I can't imagine what you think of me since you saw my scrapbook".
One of Caan's top five roles, I'd say.
DS9, Season 3 on, is probably my favorite, but I wouldn't compare it to the others. It would have been almost impossible to build up that many ongoing stories and do a war storyline if they were on a ship. I know Battlestar did some of that, but they were working with something else.
Pf. Quitter.
Damn Yancy Street Gang is at it again!
Has anyone ever discussed the original show from the 1960s and compared it to the one they did in the 1980s called The Next Generation?
I feel like your crossing out Parker Posey's name is a vaguely offensive thing.
I had a few borderline and bipolar teachers during K-12 (You almost expect it in undergrad, so it's less of a big deal) and I'd run into stuff like that.
So naturally, she should be someone that's paid to shape young minds.
Misery is that rare Stephen King project that was enjoyable as a book and completely enjoyable in a different way as a movie.
Pretty original.
Rife and Tarantino go way back.
*Sigh*
Great to catch up with you, too! Things are well, just easing back into my life after a busy month or so.
