Your baby poops crack rocks, and you tell everyone on the internet about it? Prepare for your life to be descended upon, as if by locusts.

Congo Jack says:
"I have a message for you from Colonel Mitumbay! He says this … [He pulls out a spear.] … is from Congo Jack. "

Oh noes! Every commentor but me is actually an AVC writer's sock puppet! Why, oh why am I trapped in this never-ending cycle of AVC solipsism! I AM THE ONLY OOOOOONNNNNNEEEEEEEEE!!!!

But you would expect him to be covered head-to-toe in Machetes, and in this regard the trailer did not disappoint.

Yeah, Don's Steal… Patton Oswalt will be all over your ass

B-b-but Mr. Sick, Capcom has said this is the only SFIV re-release that they're going to do! Are you calling them liars? ARE YOU CALLING CAPCOM LIARS?!

C-C-C-COMBO BREAKER!

Now, now, Mr. Lloyd. Let's all calm down. Here's a mimosa.

I would like to see one villain.
One. Uno. Mano a mano is how Batman works best.

I think the technological idiosyncrasies were supposed to be part and parcel of Walter's imaginary world, and probably nothing else. Remember that Walter was showing off a cell phone from Earth-2 in, what, the 80s? An actual cell phone, rather than a brick. Earth-2 isn't so far ahead as to have them and computers THAT

Torv was barely singing, for crying out loud! It really was more of a whispered prayer than anything else.

Yeah, the only place I saw this episode billed as a musical was on these very boards, last week.

I was in it from the moment I saw the poster for "The Thin Man" on the wall in Graynor's apartment. But I am a sucker for all things Noir— if there was a target audience for this week's ep., it was me.

::after first crook snaps, second crook just beats dickfeckarse over the head::

Isn't David Fincher the obvious choice? Trejo in Zodiac!

Plus, you still can't go wrong with Tom Waits as the devil. The "inspired casting" note should have gone, yet again, to that choice of Gilliam's.

Also, Todd
As per your usual Sadness Thesis, did anyone else think this episode just felt too… happy? Except for Kurt's heartbreak at his plot-gone-wrong, everything progressed in a pretty upbeat manner. And then ended on an upbeat manner. I mean, April getting $2 mil.? Buying the auditorium? Sue getting a reprieve

Guy also has a voice that's a ringer for Levar Burton.

I remember listening to some vinyl of theirs IN 2002
and really liking it. Years later, when I actually hunted down the thing, it had somehow lost it's charm. I'll try this new one out, but if it just sounds like more of the same I'm not sure how much enjoyment I'll take away.

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! ::appears in back of sports photo::
