That scene packed a lot more of a charge since it immediately followed Jump. With you all the way, VanDerWerff.

It would have been awesome had those been the only comments on this post. Alas, it was not to be.
mirror…MIRROR!
Quiet Wyatt, I'm really glad to have a librarian around these parts. Stay awhile, won't ya?
I second the Waterloo station scene: it was a great restatement about how the series wasn't going to pull any punches. If you get shot in the Bourne universe, at least YOU GET FUCKING SHOT. That puts it over a lot of action flicks.
The Bill Murray freakout scene really should be up there. That reminds me, I gotta argue that point against the Life Aquatic haters in my life.
I suppose they didn't want to make it TOO Pixar heavy… hard to know what to choose between that scene in Wall-E and the two above. I think I'd go with the life montage, but the Ratatouille and Wall-E and Eve are about dead even.
This list wins for its combination of Oldboy, Up, Dancer in the Dark, and Ratatouille. Excellent scenes, all of them.
"whne the shit goes down". Love it.
I get 'em as gifts. They're pretty easy to request from those family members who actually know little about you. Hopefully Blu-Ray prices fall in the next year, so I can start requesting those in place of the DVDs. They've gotta hit a gift-appropriate price range, really.
Yeah, and my copies of the Directors Label DVDs ARE hopelessly smudged on both sides. It's just asking for you to choose which side you would like to protect, and which one is more likely to get damaged.
Just let it out. Confuse those at the desks around you.
The House/Cuddy thing was bearable this week because we were kept at a distance: normally, we have to suffer through all the non-Wilson moments where one thinks hard about the other. This time, we just got the distilled version, and it was far superior.
You mean you weren't in the mood to scam, just because you can?
Look, if you gotta kiss something, go for the neck or the tits.
Hey, it's a decent comment. Rack 'em up, rack 'em up, rack 'em up!

A Big Day Out, perhaps?
Kids in the Hall: "Daddy Drank".
What a Duketastrophe…
