Got it in one. He's completely unapologetic, has suffered virtually no consequences, and has been seemingly forgiven by all his peers. It's so gross.

@avclub-96dc606adf1ca040f2f39292976dd546:disqus - He allegedly broke his girlfriend's nose after he got drunk and tossed her around. It wasn't much reported on because - unlike with Brown - there was little evidence. He said/she said, she eventually dropped the charges, and it went away. Maybe he did it, maybe he…

Women still see Polanski films. So do men. Have people stopped watching Braveheart or Lethal Weapon because of Gibson's actions? Families watch Charlie Sheen's shows and movies. There are an awful lot of famous people who have done some pretty horrible things. And we've forgiven an awful lot of them. It's sad, but…

25th Hour is my favorite Spike Lee film by a considerable margin*. I thought Do The Right Thing was 95% an amazing movie and 5% of a fairly flawed one, and 25th Hour fulfilled all that promise, in my opinion. Still, both very, very worth watching (along with many of his other films, of course).

The Tara is fantastic - it's where I saw Beasts of the Southern Wild,
Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy, Bernie, Tabloid and about a dozen other
awesome movies in the last year or two. Plaza isn't bad for indie or retro showings, though - did you go to any of the Kubrick showings from last month? And Midtown is currently…

Definitely. I'm a little surprised it isn't being held at the Plaza, actually, though the parking there is even worse. Theaters are better, though.

Hell yeah, Atlanta.

Actually, yes. Assuming you registered after Pushing Daisies, you entered into a contractual obligation to watch anything Bryan Fuller does. Failure to do so can result in a ban.
