I am avoiding Scott Pilgrim or any other film with Michael Cera until he can prove he can do something other than the same hipster pin-up boy he's been rehashing again and again for years.

@More like the bad: I'm inclined to agree with you in the context of all the smug, self-satisfaction that permeates The Last Waltz. However, Robbie Robertson did play on Bob Dylan's Blonde on Blonde and The 'Royal Albert Hall' bootleg. For those alone, doesn't he qualify for a lifetime pass?
Eating disorders aside, Winona was in fine MPDG form in that film with Ray Romano and the wierd kid from American Beauty.
Touche.
Thanks for stating the obvious, Smellson
Since when were Soundgarden a hipster band anyway?
There is actually a film called 'Battle Truck' a inferior Road Warrior knock-off made in New Zealand in the early '80s:

Harrison Ford
Had a minor role in Antonioni's 'Zabriskie Point' as an aircraft mechanic. Fortunately for him, that footage ended up on the cutting room floor.
I agree with you, but I can't watch him in anything without thinking "seven…six…two…millimetre…full…metal…jacket"
Rhys Darby
He was fine as Murray the band manager in Flight Of The Conchords, but since then he has gone on to secondary roles in feature films (such as Yes Man and The Boat That Rocked) playing a rehashed versions of the Murray character, which is tiresome and distracting. Doesn't the guy have any versitility or is…
I always thought….
Revolutionary Road was the Titanic sequel, where the 1950s suburban bliss substituted for a sinking boat.
I call
First.
Still, all things considered, I don't want a baby that looks like that!
best thing I've read all day. Thanks, Mr Loach!
