I don't mind most of the Straw Man arguments in WW, but the prayer funding senator bugs me. He could very well fund the study another way, does he need to go to the White House? And have Josh willing to cave on an issue that obviously won't fly with the rest of the staff?

I feel like that is a large part of what bothers me about ICP, and I appreciated Nathan talking about it. I had never heard stroppy before working with some Brits in Japan. When I related it to a Canadian co-worker, she blew up at me because someone had called her a stroppy cow once. I guess I reopened that old wound.

Really spot on observation about the slotting of old sitcoms. As a kid, it really did seem like alien broadcasts, especially on my tiny black and white tv. It really helped when the local PBS affliate would air Doctor Who.
