The French Mistake was the episode.  It was beyond brilliant.

He played two different characters on the original.  The first in 83 was basically just a walk-on character with a line or two.  The second character, Morrisey, in 90, appeared in the end of the 13th season (per DVD) and then beginning of the final season during the storyline where JR got admitted to the mental

Overall, this show has vastly improved from the pilot.  I'm enjoying myself more each week.  The younger generation are becoming less grating, though Josh Henderson is still heads and tails above the rest.  The concept of the Ewings coming together is intriguing.  They were always strongest when they circled the

No one ever really knows what show Phil is watching.

Jock was 1 (later around S11, Miss Ellie's Rabbit took 1), Sue Ellen was 2 (Miss Ellie didn't drive ever until later in the series so SE carted her around), JR was 3, Bobby was 4,  Lucy was 5, and Pamela was 6.

Yes this bothered me as well.  Thirty years ago Cliff was still relatively poor and he was busy embezzling from his mother's company and trying to kill himself.  He didn't end up with enough money for such a Middle Eastern trip until after his mother, Rebecca, died in 83, leaving him rich.  And once he became rich, he

Her second stint on the original was a total waste, but by that point, the show had become so bad it was just really nice to see a familiar face.  Plus, she looked incredible.  I just watched her return episode the other day, actually, and you're right.  She looked remarkably like JVA.

Judging from his Supernatural reviews, he doesn't seem to read the comments section.  He also doesn't seem to do any basic research before reviewing a show either.  I wonder what kind of blackmail he has on VanDerWerff that keeps him employed?    JR would be so proud.

Hagman was actually undergoing cancer treatments in real life during the making of this episode and the last one, accounting for his reduced screen time.

This was definitely an episode where pieces were being moved into place.  I didn't mind, though.  It was entertaining and I found the addition of the young prophet interesting.

I'm thinking about starting a petition on change.org to bring Zack Handlen back.  Extreme?  Possibly.  Douchey?  You bet.  But, gee whiz.  The reviews are getting worse each week.

This is an honest question:  Do you post these reviews drunk?  If so, I can excuse a lot of your errors.  (Ending a paragraph with a comma…  Really?)  Knowing you're wasted would also help me justify the fact that you're reviewing this show with the tone and judgment that you use, combined with your seemingly bizarre
