I woke up from a long nap when this was half-over, while there was nothing else on, and all I can say is: Damn it, Family Guy!

My friend and I actually have a running inside-joke about the Eisenhower Interstate Highway System. We're also science and sci-fi nuts, so I thought to myself, "I hope to God he's watching this."

I can picture it now: Leonard encounters Darlene and assumes she's Leslie Winkle. Heelarious hijinks centered around their confusion ensues, until Johnny Galecki's other television character, David Healy, suddenly walks in. Their dual existence creates a paradox that leads to the very implosion of the entire universe.

While I'm airing a defense, I didn't think this particular episode was mocking the gang's hobbies and lifestyle either. If anything, it made you feel sorry for them, and then gave them a silver lining. Take this criticism:

"It's just a cartoon" does not excuse under the rug it being a crappy cartoon. This is the place to critique said cartoon, and emotions are permitted to fly.

I really liked this episode, as Back to the Future is my favorite movie. Overall, it was ≥ what I expected it to be.
