Too much Laurel in this episode. She's the least interesting and most poorly written character played by the weakest actress: weak mostly because she can't move her face enough to actually emote.

Agreed. I don't think I could pick a favourite scene, because there are so many that I love. Great soundtrack, too.
Agreed. She may occasionally do a good deed, but it's usually motivated by her snobbery and notion of the nobility looking out for the peasants on their estate.
My main problem with Downton is Mary. The only interesting storyline she's had was the time she accidentally offed the Turkish Diplomat. She's simply not a character that's interesting enough to devote so much time and effort on. She's played as this incredible cold fish and not even in a way that's watch-able.
Hmm. The folk of the Enchanted Forest get sent back where they came from, Emma gets to keep Henry. Easy to see who lost out of that arrangement.
The gold digger thing was a bit stupid, considering that Emily has this massive fortune and hasn't exactly been shy about splashing the cash around.
I have a hard time feeling sorry for Daniel. He may be a tool in Emily's REVENGE, but he also knows what Conrad did and is apparently happy to ignore it and he was also happy to chase an ex weeks before his wedding. Obviously Emily would only care about how that would affect her plans, but Daniel's feelings are…
Not when it has implications for the plot.
There was a birth announcement for a Khaleesi in my local paper a few weeks ago (Australia, Tasmania to be specific). I was so appalled I near choked on my breakfast.
I know someone with a kid named Walter. I believe the daggier old-fashioned names (Walter, Clyde, Ethel, Myrtle) are being taken up by hipster parents.
It was a combination of reasons why they couldn't go in all fangs blazing. Firstly there was Klaus' stupid quest for loyalty. He wanted everything Marcel had, but he wanted them to magically bow down before him. Then there's Davina and her superwitch powers.
I would just like to see Elijah through the years in various historical costumes. Speaking of, why does no one ever make the men's Regency-era clothes tight enough?
Sadly, teenage girls (for the most part) never realise. Edward Cullen, anyone?
I got the feeling that Irving was responsible for his daughter ending up in the wheelchair.
See, I read it as her being more disappointed that Oliver was going for someone like Isabel. Maybe a bit of pining, but I don't think it was unreasonable reaction to discovering someone you like has been shagging someone you think poorly of.
Me either! So great to not have to put up with Katie Cassidy trying ineffectually to make her face show emotion.
I have to admit, I'm not really sure why I'm still watching this show. It's just so meh. It would be so much better if they stopped going to for the family show tag and just went a lot darker than the movies, kind of like how Torchwood differs from Doctor Who.
Sooooooooo, blandly handsome DA. He's up to something, right?
Emily Post disagrees. It's perfectly acceptable to refer to a mayor as Your Honor in person.
Definitely Killian. I'm hoping we've got more Hook flashbacks to come. Surely there's more to he and Baelfire?
